STOCKTON, Calif. – Sigrid Aas tallied a pair of goals – both assisted by fellow senior
Katelyn Chandler – but the Tigers (3-16-0, 0-9-0 WCC) fell short on Senior Night by a score of 3-2 to Gonzaga (12-6-1, 5-3-1 WCC).
In Case You Missed It
- The Tigers honored four student-athletes prior to Saturday's night as part of the program's senior ceremonies: Aas, Chandler, Kayla Pak and Ariana Cardenas.
- Pacific opened the match with chance after chance, knocking on the door several times throughout a scoreless first half.
- Aas opened the scoring in the 56thminute on a shot to the top right corner, the first of her two on the night. Chandler also contributed two assists on the night.
- Cardenas and Pak subbed on in the 89thminute as Pacific ended its 2019 season with all four seniors on the pitch.
Statistically Speaking
- Cardenas made the first start of her Pacific career against the Bulldogs.
- Aas' two goals made for the lone multi goal game of her career.
- Weronika Baranowska ended her debut season in Stockton with a career high 11 saves.
