STOCKTON, Calif. – Pacific (1-2) exceled on Sunday to pick up their first win of the season against Fresno Pacific 7-0. The Tigers dominated on the court is the first of seven consecutive home meets for UOP at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center.
"Good for our squad to get one in the win column today," head coach
Mike Erwin said. "We are starting to get more comfortable on the match court after almost a year between dual matches. Fresno Pacific is scrappy and pushed us in doubles. I cautioned our squad not to sleep on them as we headed out for singles. I'm pleased with how our group responded and won all six singles courts."
