STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific women's tennis team (6-9) fell to the #30 ranked California Golden Bears (10-7) in a 7-0 contest.
The Tigers dropped the first two doubles matches, leaving court #1 in an unfinished 2-5 result. After the doubles competition, Pacific looked to bounce back and win some sets.
The Tigers could not pick up a win over a strong Cal team in singles, but there were impressive strides from Pacific. On court #1, senior
Klara Kosan put up a good fight against the #48 ranked singles player in the country but ultimately fell 6-4, 6-3. Senior
Zoe Clydesdale-Eberle dropped her first set by a close 7-5 match but also fell to Cal.
Pacific looks to bounce back as they hit the road to face Gonzaga on Friday, April 14, with first serve at 1 p.m.
