SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.- Sophomore
Josephine Kinlan took home her first WCC All-Academic First Team recognition for her exemplary dedication to academic and athletic success, as announced by the conference this morning.
To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must hold a minimum 3.20 cumulative GPA while making significant contributions to the team and holding at least a sophomore standing.
Kinlan has appeared in all 27 contests for the Tigers this season, playing primarily at twos. The sophomore Media X major led the Tigers with three pairs wins with partner junior
Ashley Davies. The duo grabbed two conference wins this season, defeating Portland and Santa Clara, while also downing Utah at the start of the season.
Kinlan helped the team garner the highest team GPA through the fall of 2023, holding a 3.62 cumulative GPA while 80 percent made the Dean's Honor Roll.
