2023-24 (Junior)
Placed eighth at the 2024 CSCAA National Invitational Championship in the 50 backstroke with a time of 22.39. At the MPSF Championships, placed seventh in the 100 backstroke with a time of 41.18. Secured the top times on the team in the 100 backstroke with 48.45, and the 50 backstroke at 22.07. Named to All-MPSF Second Team and MPSF All-Academic team.

2022-23 (Sophomore)
At the California Baptist meet, contributed to a first-place finish in the 200 free relay and finished second in the 100 fly. At the 2023 CSCAA National Invitational Championship was a part of the team that finished 12^th in the 200 free relay. Was named a 2023 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation all-academic scholar-athlete.

2021-22 (Freshman)
At MPSF, swam the opening leg of the sixth-place 200 medley relay. Also swam the backstroke leg on the 400 medley relay, which placed seventh. Scored in the 100 backstroke, placing 13th (49.84). 

High School
Graduate of Puyallup High School. As a member of the Vikings, personal bests are 21:28 in the 50 Free, 46:47 in the 100 Free, 1:41:74 in the 200 Free, In the 500 Free Swam a mark of 4:38:06, in the 100 back Swam a mark of 49.70 and in the 100 fly a personal best of 50:28.

Son of Kathryn and Ronald. Leland has one sibling, Enrico. Baltazar is majoring in mechanical engineering and applied mathematic.
