Participated in five of 11 meets. Placed sixth in section and 17th overall at 5:00.44 in the 1500m at the Fresno State Invitational (Apr. 26-27). Registered seventh in section and 18th overall on a time of 5:08.48 in the 1500m at the Chuck Buettner Twilight (Apr. 13). Set the freshman school record in the mile with second in section and 21st overall on a personal best time of 5:36.03 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (Mar. 29-30).
