Clinton Awuy joined the Pacific men’s tennis staff in September 2023 after two seasons on the tennis staff at WCC rival Santa Clara.
In 2022-23, Awuy was the head coach of the Santa Clara women’s program, promoted to that role after a year as a volunteer assistant coach with the Bronco men’s program.
Awuy moved to collegiate tennis after a 16-year stint as director of tennis at Thompkins Tennis Academy in Fremont, California, working with professional and ITF junior competitors.
He graduated in 2003 from University of California Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
