Two-time Pacific graduate Hunter Konecny-Pena was promoted to Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development in December 2022. He mentors and coaches student-athletes about academic success, assisting with time management, study skills, and general academic support. Konecny-Pena directly works with: Baseball, Men’s and Women’s Water Polo, Women’s Soccer, Women’s Cross Country, Women’s Track and Field, Women Tennis, and Men’s Golf.
 
Konecny-Pena was a four-year infielder in the Tiger baseball program, earning West Coast Conference All-Academic Honorable Mention honors in 2020.
 
He graduated from Pacific with a bachelor’s degree in Media Production with a minor in Psychology in 2020 and with a master’s degree in Health, Exercise and Sport Science in 2022. He is originally from Chatsworth, Calif. and is a graduate of Chatsworth High.
