Julius Jefferson, a former college basketball coach and student-athlete, joined the Pacific staff as the Student-Athlete Development Specialist in August 2023.
Jefferson works directly with the men’s and women’s tennis, beach volleyball, cross country and track & field programs. He also coordinates the activities in the Cedric and June Dempsey Center for Academic Excellence, where student-athletes gather to study, and prepares analytical reports on student-athlete academic achievement.
Jefferson has been on the basketball staff at Shorter College and his alma mater, Central Baptist in Conway, Arkansas. He received his bachelor’s degree in recreational leadership from Central Baptist College in 2012, where he was a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and a three-year basketball letterwinner.
