Miguel Rivera joined the Pacific Athletics staff in November of 2021 as an Ticket Operations Assistant, operating the box office and coordinating the gameday ticket sales team at home athletics events. The Stockton native was promoted to his current role of Athletics Business Operations Specialist in October, 2022. He serves as the department's liaison to risk management with regard to contracts, as well as with procurement and human resources. 

Prior to Pacific, he worked in sales and management at Finish Line, T-Mobile and IKEA. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in finance from California State University, Sacramento.
