SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – In the first action of the 2022-23 season the men's tennis team headed to San Francisco to compete in the Battle of the Bay. 
 
Ran Amar and Terence Das represented the Tigers in San Francisco. The competition marked the first for Das as a Tiger after redshirting his freshman season. 

"Brilliant tournament for us," said Head Coach Robin Goodman. "We picked up wins in singles and a top 10 nationally ranked doubles win. This experience for two young players is great for learning, and has given them the confidence that they can hang with the best players in the country. Can't wait to see what all these guys can do next week at the All American's in Tulsa, and the UC Davis Invitational."
